Our key activities center around the improvement of air quality through the use of clean fuels. Backed by global oil and petrochemical companies, we have implemented forums to debate and address air quality management issues. These, in turn, have provided a platform for the implementation of initiatives and activities arising from these issues, both regionally and internationally. These ventures abroad have also established ACFA as a useful facilitator to co-operate and network with such like-minded organisations around the world.

Some examples of ACFA's activities are:-

	Project Sponsor for an Auto-Oil Programme in China, a collaborative effort with the Chinese State Environment Protection Agency and Tsinghua University
	Support Group for KPBB (Joint Committee for Leaded Gasoline Phase Out) and MEB (Forum for Cleaner Emission Partnership) in promoting the phase out of leaded gasoline in Indonesia
	Member of the Coordinating Council for the Clean Air Initiative for Asian Cities (CAI-Asia), which is backed by the World Bank and Asian Development Bank
	Member of the Technical Working Group - Oil Industry Dialogue of CAI-Asia
	Industry Partner of the United Nations Environmental Programme (UNEP), Partnership for Clean Fuels and Vehicles
